Facilities
The site management reserves the right in all circumstances to cancel, amend or discontinue any of the on-site facilities advertised without notice. The details on this web site act as a guide only and cannot be relied upon in any event.
Behaviour
The site management reserves the right to impose certain rules and regulations on site. Copies of these regulations are available from reception. These must be observed at all times. The site management reserves the right to ask anyone that breaks these rules to leave site immediately we will unreservedly support the site management in all circumstances should this occur. No compensation will be payable in any event by any party should this happen.
Parties of young people are accepted only at the discretion of the site management.
Booking.
You can e-mail or telephone us for confirmation of availability, and make a provisional booking. Provisional bookings must be confirmed within five days by completion of an official booking form and the payment of a deposit. If we do not receive this from you, within five days, we will assume that you have decided not to proceed and reserve the right to accept an alternative booking. On receipt of your completed booking form and deposit we will send confirmation.
Once you receive confirmation please immediately check the details and inform us without delay of any errors and / or omissions.
The deposit required is £150.00 per caravan per booking.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason without explanation.
Only those named on the booking form are allowed access to the caravan and the site facilities.
A £50.00 fully refundable damage / breakage deposit is required with each booking. This will be returned in full once the caravan inventory has been checked after your departure. This arrangement is exclusive to the parties to this agreement. The site management will not carry out these checks and have no authority to act for us in this capacity. We accept that accidents happen and operate a flexible approach to the replacement of items in the caravans if you have a breakage tell us first !!
The value of any damage / breakage will be deducted from the £50.00, however, your liability is not limited to this amount. Should the value of any damage / breakage be in excess of £50.00 we reserve the right to recover the full cost from yourselves in all circumstances and in any event.
The price.
We reserve the right to amend our advertised prices at any time.
The price of your holiday is fixed and guaranteed with no surcharges once your booking is confirmed and payment is received in full. We will advise you, as soon as is reasonably practicable, of any surcharges that may be applicable.
Gas and electricity are provided free of charge.
Additional charges may be made for facilities on site at the discretion of site management fun passes are required to gain access to certain facilities these can be obtained from reception at additional cost payable to the site owners.
Amendments / cancellation by you.
Should you wish to make an amendment to your booking we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. However we are unable to guarantee that we can satisfy any amendment request. If we are able to make the amendments required we guarantee that we will not make any additional administration charges for this service. Additional features / facilities will be charged at the appropriate rate in force at the time.
Should you wish to cancel your booking within 6 weeks of your intended arrival date no refund will be given. Should you wish to cancel your booking from 6 weeks to 8 weeks of your intended arrival date a refund of 30% will be given. In any event your deposit will not be returned.
Amendments / cancellation by us.
If we have to cancel your booking, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will, at no additional administrative charge, attempt to locate an alternative holiday for you, however, we are unable to make any guarantees in this respect. Our liability in this respect is limited to the value of the contract between us. No compensation will be payable by us in this respect. We reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason without explanation.
Additional information.
Your booking with us is for the hire of a self-catering caravan only. Other services such as, travel arrangements and insurance are not included. We would be pleased to assist with these items if you wish.
You are strongly advised to ensure that you have taken out appropriate holiday insurance to include medical cover and cover in case of cancellation.
Should you need a replacement gas bottle this can be obtained via reception. Do not attempt to change gas bottles yourself.
The format of electric sockets varies from caravan to caravan. Please ensure that you have the appropriate adaptors should this be necessary. We will advise you of the situation when we confirm your booking.
Only one car is allowed per plot. The site management will ask you to leave additional vehicles outside the site.
Please let us know your intended arrival time. The site may be closed to vehicles at certain times of the season after dark and vehicular access will not be possible. Your caravan will be available after 4.00 PM on the day of arrival to allow us time to prepare it for you. On the day of departure you are required to leave your caravan before 10.00 AM
If you are disabled or have any special needs please contact us prior to booking so that we can advise on your specific requirements.
No pets are allowed in any circumstances.
We provide quilts, pillows and blankets. Please bring your own bed linen
The wearing of T-shirts or shorts will not be allowed in the swimming pool. Height restrictions apply for use of the water slides.
The use of barbeques is prohibited by local law.
In any event our liability to you will not exceed the value of your booking.
The contract is under the jurisdiction of English Law.
We have taken every care to ensure that the information contained on this web site is accurate, however, we cannot be held responsible for errors and/or omissions.
In case of a problem.
We aim to provide the best quality service, however, if you have a problem we ask that you initially contact reception on site. If the situation is not resolved to your complete satisfaction please contact us direct on 01449 890766 and we will attempt to resolve things on your behalf.
If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction please e-mail your specific concerns to us within 7 days of your return date.
